Sandgropers Select their side for Mildura

The Sandgropers have made the bold call to retain the majority of their side from the 2025 Spirit of Cricket T20 Festivale which went down in the semi-final to the eventual winners after beating them in the preliminary rounds quite handsomely. The only addition to the squad from the prior year was the injection of Shane Mitchell in to replace Anthony Barranca whom had made himself unavailable for selection this year.

Post the draft, Colin Bakeberg has had to withdraw for work reasons but will be touring with the Team to Africa to compete in the 1st conference to be held in Africa in October.

The side is looking forward to going one better this year in Mildura after consistently improving and getting accustomed to the T20 brand and style of cricket.
